This subpart---
(a)Establishes policy and implements 33 U.S.C. 3071(a)(8), (a)(13), (b), and
(c)to provide protection against reprisal to NOAA Corps officers for making or preparing or being perceived as making or preparing a protected communication.
(b)Assigns responsibilities and delegates authority for such protection against reprisal and prescribes procedures.
